| the rules are basic you cant use stall, exodia, otk, ftk, burn, or mill decks. the way you will be tested is you duel 3 times using the same deck. if you win 3/3 your obelisk blue. if you win 2/3 your ra yellow, if you win 1/3 your slifer red. very simple. you can be retested once every week except the week youve been first tested. gl and hf guys and girls.
